("BBB," "we," "us," or "our") provides real‑estate focused YouTube marketing, channel optimization, content strategy, design, video editing, and related consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in connection with our websites, forms, and communications, including email and SMS.

1) Scope
This policy applies to personal information we collect through: (a) our website(s) and landing pages, (b) online forms and chat widgets, (c) client onboarding and billing, and (d) communications such as email and SMS.

Website form data (primary): full name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Client project data (when you engage our services): brand assets/content you supply (logos, footage, scripts, briefs, feedback), limited account identifiers you authorize (e.g., YouTube channel access), and project metadata (approvals, revisions).
Technical data (site): IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed, and data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Directly from you (forms, intake calls, contracts, support).

From service providers and platforms you authorize us to connect to (e.g., YouTube, Google, Meta, Stripe, GoHighLevel, Calendly, Zoom).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We may use an application‑to‑person (A2P/10DLC) number for US messaging.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We comply with applicable messaging guidelines and laws (e.g., CTIA best practices, TCPA in the US, and CASL in Canada). We maintain records of consent (date, source, consent text, and opt‑out history) as part of our compliance program.
7) Cookies & analytics
We collect cookies necessary for site functionality and form submissions. We also collect analytics and advertising/retargeting cookies.
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers acting on our behalf under written agreements (including, but not limited to):
Infrastructure & productivity: Google Workspace, Microsoft, Zoom.

CRM & messaging: GoHighLevel (GHL), email/SMS gateways.
Payments & billing: Stripe, QuickBooks, tax and accounting vendors.
Project & creative: Adobe, Frame.io, Canva, Figma, cloud storage.
We require processors to protect data and use it only as instructed.
9) International transfers
We may transfer personal information across borders where our vendors are located. We implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/audit).
